Our Team

Leonard graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986 and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1989.  He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1991.  He is an experienced solicitor who has been practicing for over 26 years, focusing primarily on Real Estate transactions and Business Law.  In addition to running a successful practice, Leonard is also the former Chair of the Mississauga Appeal Tribunal and is a Toronto Police Auxiliary Inspector with over 30 years of service.

Leonard has served his community as a member of the Board of Directors of St. John Ambulance, The Peel Literacy Guild, and a member of the SickKids Advisory Network. He is currently a member of the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus Council and of the City of Mississauga Election Campaign Finance Committee.

IN  MEMORIUM

John graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada and served his country as a naval officer with distinction before graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1992.  He was called to the Bar in 1994.  John was an experienced Criminal Defense lawyer and defended thousands of cases in a long and distinguished career.  John passed away in 2015 and is sorely missed by his friends and colleagues.

Rebecca graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto in 2007.  Following the completion of her undergraduate degree, Rebecca worked in a corporate environment for several years before going on to study Law in England. There, she pursued her Bachelors Degree in Law from the University of Leeds, subsequently obtained her Master’s Degree, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. Rebecca has experience in Real Estate law, Corporate Law, and Wills and Estates.

Rebecca is active in the community as a member of both the Ontario Bar Association and the SickKids Advisory Network. She is also a former member of the Consent and Capacity Board for the Province of Ontario. Rebecca is a proud Mississauga resident and remains an active University of Toronto Alumni and Art Gallery of Mississauga volunteer.

Angela obtained her diploma in Business Administration from Sichuan University in 1990.  Following that,  Angela then went on to complete a Business Administration Assistant diploma in Vancouver B.C.  Angela has almost 20 years of bookkeeping experience and she has joined us with a long history of driving accuracy and excellence throughout key accounting functions for diverse companies. She has a strong base of experience in accounts management and is an integral part of our team.
